Data we process

We process contact details you submit through forms (name, email, optional topic, message content), enrolment records for programs, contract documents you voluntarily upload for review, and technical logs needed to secure the website.

Purposes and legal bases

We respond to consult requests (contract / legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps), deliver educational programs (contract), improve site reliability (legitimate interest), and meet legal bookkeeping duties (legal obligation).

Retention

Contact messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer retention is required for an active engagement. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for the periods required under German commercial and tax law. Uploaded contracts are deleted within 90 days after the related review closes unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-up clinic.

Processors

We use hosting and email providers that process data on our instructions under GDPR-compliant agreements. Analytics tools run only if you accept optional cookies—see our cookies page.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses together with transfer assessments as required.

Our services target adults and early-career professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
