Do I need a live offer to join?
Helpful but not required. Participants without an active PDF work from our anonymised sample set during the markup lab.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not cover collective bargaining agreements (Tarifverträge) in depth. If your placement sits inside a complex Tarif landscape, you will still need local counsel or works-council input for those interactions.
How are seats confirmed?
